Orders 

When will I get my order? 
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please reach out at shop@thegameday.com

What forms of payment do you take?
We accept payment by all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and FacebookPay. You can see the full list when you add your credit card at checkout.

 

Returns

What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can submit a return for any number of eligible items within thirty (14) days of purchase if the item(s) is in the original condition and unused. Refunds will be processed by way of the original payment method. If our Quality Control team is unhappy with the condition an item has been returned in (e.g. tags have been removed or there are signs of wear) and we reserve the right to deny you a refund. 

Please bear in mind that items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.  These items will be marked as Final Sale and will be visible at checkout. Please carefully review all product details, including shipping description and sizing information, prior to purchasing. 

How do I return something to you from the US?
Please return the item(s) to the address below and ensure your return is sent with a trackable service.

(Please note that we do not provide shipping labels. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.)

Return through one of the 47,000 UPS Ground locations nationwide. To find your closest UPS Ground post office click here.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect the return and refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you have any questions about your return,  please email shop@thegameday.com with your order number and someone from our team will contact you within 24-48 hours to assist you.

What do I do if my item is damaged/ misprinted/ missing?
If your issue is related to the garment (i.e. damaged in shipping, misprinted, etc.) we are happy to issue you a full refund to your payment method on file. Please send shop@thegameday.com photos showing the poor quality print or the damaged area of the item and the order number. A request for replacement needs to be made within seven (7) days of receiving the purchase. 

Can I return something for an exchange instead of a refund?
We currently do not accept exchanges at this time.

What should I do if I have not received my refund?
Refunds take up to 14 days to reach our warehouse and be processed. We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition and processed your return. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear depending on your bank/card issuer. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@thegameday.com.
